The place has excellent local restaurants, historic sites, plentiful beaches, warm hospitality and clean fresh air. There are two traditional Cypriot coffee shops, two traditional local restaurants, a bank, a pottery shop, a small supermarket, an ice cream shop and three Cypriot churches. Fishing village of Latchi is just 3km from the Ayia Zoni Apartments. Latchi is the oldest fishing village of Cyprus. Latchi is famous for pretty harbor, plentiful restaurants acclaimed for fresh fishes and traditional maze, diving & boat excursions, water sports and home to the blatant baths of Aphrodite Cyprus's own goddess of love. Polis Chrysochous local town is five kilometers away from the apartments. Paphos busting port main town is forty kilometers from Neo Chorio.

The Ayia Zoni Hotel Apartments in Paphos are a group of 2 one bed room apartments, one 2 bedroom apartment and a studio/bungalow. All the apartments are voluminous with broad bathrooms and large bedrooms fitted with wardrobes and provided with double beds. The self catering kitchens are well equipped with amenities like big fridges and electric ovens. The kitchen leads to a sitting room provided with a color TV. There is also a folded sofa which can be used as a double bed when required. All the apartments have extended lawns and a broad terrace. All the rooms of the apartments give a panoramic view of the mountains and Sea. All the bedrooms are fitted with cold/hot air conditioning unit. Wi-Fi access is provided in all the rooms of the apartments. Washing machine is provided in one and two bedroom apartment. Other amenities like toaster, ironing board, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, refrigerator and clothes dryer have been provided in all the Ayia Zoni apartments. Air conditioning facility is provided on request. All the guests have the access to use the swimming pool.
