Pierides Museum was founded by Pierides Foundation and is situated in Larnaca and is one of the oldest private museums in Cyprus.
Pierides Foundation started its activities in 1974 and is a non-profit organization. The foundation is located in Larnaca, Cyprus but also maintains a branch in Athens, Greece.
The main aim of Pierides Foundation in to safeguard Greek Civilization in both Greece and Cyprus. Within the museum, the visitor can find a numerous collection of representative specimens covering more than 9000 years of the Greek Nation Art.
