Akamanthea Holiday Village is found between the famous fishing village of Latchi and the town of Polis. This category A, Tourist Village in Latchi near Polis of Chrysohous,  has been operating since 2002 and it suggests an ideal base to explore the unique wilderness of Akamas, visit the Baths of Aphrodite or enjoy the crystal clear beaches.

The building was designed and built to represent a traditional Cypriot village with a neo-classical character. The main building includes the reception and a lounge area, a restaurant and a conference room. Further more it houses facilities such as an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi, a sauna and a mini gym. Around the main building,  there are several two storey buildings in pastel colors featuring 20 studios and 46 one bedroom apartments.Each one of the studios and one or two-bedroom apartments features a separate bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, dining and lounge area and a private balcony with sea or side sea view.

There are beautifully landscaped gardens surrounding the complex, with a swimming pool, a children pool and a hydro-massage. There is also a pool bar and terraces for sunbathing. Children have their own playroom and playground while adults can burn off some energy at the tennis court, the volley or the basketball courts. To add up to the village character there is a village square and a mini market.Other services are also provided such as a safety deposit box and wireless internet access, while electrical appliances are available at the reception with a small deposit fee.
